Generate a Windows Scripting File

You can generate a Windows scripting file (*.wsf) to use to run a process with an automated launch program such as Task Scheduler.

  1. On the process status page, select Generate WSF under Tasks. The Generate Business Process WSF File screen appears.

  2. In the Save As field, select the ellipsis. The Save As screen appears.

  3. In the Save in field, browse to the location to save the scripting file.

  4. In the File name field, enter the name to save the file as.

    Note: You cannot change the selection in the Save as type field. You can only save a *.wsf file format.

  5. Select Save. You return to the Generate business process WSF file screen. In the Save As field, the path entered for the saved scripting file appears.

  6. Select OK. You return to the process status page. The application saves the *.wsf file at the location entered.
