Update Lifecycle Values

The program assigns lifecycle values to constituents based on their overall revenue and affinity activity with your organization. From Constituents, you can view and configure the criteria considered for these values. After you configure your lifecycle criteria, you can run a process to update your lifecycle values. When you run this process, the program assigns the values to constituents based on the configured criteria. From a constituent’s record, you can view the applicable lifecycle values and donor state in the summary section and on the Constituencies tab.

Note: From the Process History tab on the Donor Lifecycle Criteria page, you can view and manage previous instances of the Update lifecycle values process. For information about this tab, see Update Lifecycle Values Process History.

To run the process, from Constituents, select Donor lifecycle criteria under Configuration. On the Donor Lifecycle Criteria page, select Update lifecycle values under Tasks. When a message appears to inform you when the process completes, select OK.
