Add a Proxy User

Blackbaud CRM users with the necessary permissions can add, edit, and delete proxy users, as well as manage personal access tokens.

1. To add or manage proxy users, go to Administration, Security, and then Application users. A list of users appears.

   Tip: Search or Filter the list to find a specific user.

2. Select which Columns of data to show. Select to show Is proxy and Proxy user owner.

3. Select +Add proxy user.

4. Enter a name for the proxy user.

5. Select Save.

   By default, the new proxy user inherits the same system roles and permissions as the user who created them. You can edit these by editing the proxy user record.
