Add attributes for a constituent interaction

On the record of the interaction to which to add an attribute, select the Attributes tab.

Under Attributes, select Add on the action bar. The Add constituent interaction attribute screen appears.

In the Category field, select the type of attribute to assign to the interaction. Your organization sets up attribute categories in Administration.

In the Value field, enter or select the value of the attribute to assign to the interaction.

If the attribute applies to the interaction for a specific duration, select the start and end dates of the attribute.

In the Comment field, enter any additional information to record about the attribute.

Select Save. You return to the Attributes tab.
