Look up aZip codefor an address in constituent information

1. On the batch data entry screen of a constituent or constituent address update batch, select the row for which to look up a Zip code. Verify the ZIP field of the constituent is blank.

2. In the City and State fields, enter the applicable address information.

3. On the menu bar, select Address, Zip code Lookup.

   Note: To look up the Zip code of a selected address on the batch data entry screen, you can also select Lookup Zip code on the toolbar or press Ctrl + D on your keyboard.

   • If the area entered has only one Zip code, the program automatically enters the correct code in the ZIP field of the selected row.

   • If the area entered has multiple Zip codes, the Zip code Search screen appears. In the Results grid, the Zip codes that match the city and state entered appear. Select the correct Zip code and select Select. You return to the batch data entry screen. In the ZIP field, the selected Zip code appears.
