Reserve a group of opportunities

Before you can reserve a group of opportunities, you must create a sponsorship opportunity reservation key. For information about how to create this key, refer toCreate an opportunity reserve business process.

1. From the Sponsorship page, under Administration, select Reserve opportunities. The Sponsorship Opportunity Reservation page appears.

2. In the Sponsorship opportunity reservation keys grid select the reservation key you want to run.

3. Select Populate key. The Edit opportunity reservation key screen appears. Make any necessary changes.

4. Select Start. The business process runs. When the process completes, a “Complete” message appears in the Status field on the Recent status tab of the process page.
