1. | From the status page of the process for which to establish format options, click Set format options under Tasks. The Set format options screen appears. |
2. | On the Currency tab, specify how currency data should appear in the exported data. Enter the currency symbol, number of decimal places to use in currency data, digit grouping symbol, and decimal symbol. The Example section displays how currency data appears with the entered options. |
3. | Select the Date and Time tab. |
4. | Under Date format, Fuzzy date format, and Month/day format,select or enter how the various types of dates should appear in the exported data. The Example sections display how a date appears in the specified formats. |
Note: A “fuzzy date” is an incomplete date. For example, a fuzzy birth date of a constituent may include the month and year, but not the day.

5. | Under Hour/minute format, select how times should appear in the exported data. The Example section displays how a time appears in the specified format. |
