Unassign multiple users from an email alert instance

On the record of the custom email alert type with the instance from which to unassign the users, select the Manage alert definition tab.

Under Instances, select the name of the instance to remove from the users. The record of the instance appears.

Under Assigned users, select Unassign and select Bulk. The Unassign users from a custom email alert screen appears.

Select whether to unassign all currently subscribed users or only a selection of users.
If you select Unassign selected users, search for and select the selection of application users to remove from the alert instance.

Select Yes. You return to the record of the instance.
