Data Tune-Up
To ensure your mailings reach the intended recipients, you can use Data Tune-Up to validate your addresses and check for change of address update information. You can also use Data Tune-Up to update your constituent records with current contact information or deceased status. To access the Data Tune-Up page from Administration, select Data tune-up. From the Data Tune-Up page, you can manage your AddressFinder, address validation, DeceasedRecordFinder, EmailFinder, PeopleFinder, and PhoneFinder processes. Before you use Data Tune-Up to update your address information, we recommend you configure your address and abbreviation formats, capitalization settings, and update processes as required by your organization.
