Enable/Disable Run As Rights

When you grant a user system admin rights, the user also receives Run As rights by default.

You can also manually enable Run As rights for a non-system admin users.

You can manually disable Run As rights for system and non-system administrator users.

Start from the Application Users page.From an application user’s record, select Enable Run As or Disable Run As  under  Tasks.

Note: When you grant a user system administrator rights, the user also receives Run As rights by default. If you later revoke the user's system administrator rights, they'll retain the Run As rights as they become a non-system administrator, but you can manually disable their Run As rights.
