Edit FTP Credentials

Enter your current Blackbaud SFTP credentials to submit and download files for EmailFinder, PeopleFinder, and PhoneFinder processes.

1. From Administration, select Data tune-up. The Data tune-up page appears.

2. Under Configuration, select Edit SFTP Server Login (Finder services). The Edit FTP Credentials window appears.

3. In the window, enter your current Blackbaud SFTP Username and Password.

4. To make sure the connection works properly, select Test connection.

5. Select Save. You return to the Data tune-up page.
