Screen Item	Description
Disbursement date	This is initially set by the process template settings when the process is created. In a process template, you create a rule rather than an actual date. In the process, you select an actual date.
Post status	Select “Not posted” or “Do not post.”
Post date	This is initially set by the process template settings when the process is created. In a process template, you create a rule rather than an actual date. In the process, you select an actual date.
Create selection from results	To create a selection, select Create selection from results.
Selection type	If you select Create selection from results, then select a type.
Selection name	If you select Create selection from results, enter a name.
Overwrite existing Selection	To overwrite the existing selection, select this checkbox. Otherwise you will be prompted for a new name for the selection.
