Assign the disbursement date equal to the process date plus

Enter a whole number, zero or a positive integer, for Number of days. This sets the disbursement date to a number of days after the process runs. For example, if the process runs on July 28, 2010 and you enter “2”, the disbursement date is July 30, 2010.

Post status

Select “Not posted” or “Do not post.”

Assign the post date equal to the process date plus

Enter a whole number, zero or a positive integer, for Number of days. This will set the post date to a number of days after the process is run. For example, if the process runs on July 26, 2010 and Number of days is 2, then the post date will be July 28, 2010.

Create selection from results

To create a selection, select Create selection from results.

Selection type

If you select Create selection from results, then select a type.

Selection name

If you select Create selection from results, enter a name.

Overwrite existing Selection

To overwrite the existing selection, select this checkbox. Otherwise you will be prompted for a new name for the selection.
