Link a Disbursement Format Screen
The table below explains items on the Add a disbursement format screen. For information about how to access this screen, see Link Disbursement Formats.
Screen Item | Description |
Format name | Select from the available disbursement formats. You can select one format per payment method. |
Description | This field displays the description for the format. |
Payment method | This field displays the payment method for the format. |
Report | This field displays the report that acts as a design and layout template for the format. |
Printer | Select a printer. Available printers are limited to those authorized by an administrator. |
