Manage Secure Printers
When you print checks or other disbursements, you must use a secure printer. You can add secure printers from the Manage Secure Printers page. To access the Manage Secure Printers page, from the Disbursements page, select Manage Secure Printers under Tasks in the explorer bar. You can also access this page from the Administration page in Payables.
The secure printer must be available to all workstations that can print checks. If two or more workstations print checks, the printer must be a network printer connected to each workstation. An error message notifies you if the selected printer is not available to your workstation.
