Bank Account Register

The bank account register displays transaction information specific to the account, such as sequence, date, type of transaction and amount, reference information, and account balance. From the Register tab, you can open and edit specific transactions in the register, as well as add and delete transactions.

To locate transactions within the register, use the register filters located just above the bank account register on the Register tab. For example, you can specify a particular date or date range and select the number of rows that display. Once you select your filters, select Apply to filter the grid.

You can view a page for Payables disbursements in the register. These could be checks, EFT transactions, and so forth. The action, Go to disbursement, will appear when you select these transactions. This page shows summary information about the disbursement and a list of transactions paid by the disbursement.
