Mark Communication Name Patterns Inactive

If your organization no longer uses a communication name pattern, you can mark it inactive. Inactive name patterns remain in the database, but cannot be used for new communication templates or marketing efforts.

From the Communication name patterns page, select the name pattern in the grid and select Mark inactive.

To later resume a name pattern's use, you can mark it active .
