Add Exchange Server Screen

User name

Enter a user name to authenticate the account with the Exchange server. To allow the program to access Exchange mailboxes, the user you enter in this field must have rights to impersonate other users.

Password

Enter a password to authenticate the account with the Exchange server.

Domain

Enter the name of the domain that contains the Exchange server.

URL

Enter the URL for the Exchange server. The program uses this IP address to map to the server.

Use Exchange impersonation

To allow the program to impersonate users and access their Exchange mailboxes, select this checkbox. We recommend you always select this checkbox. If you clear it, the program can access only the Exchange mailbox for the user in the User name field.

Default server

To designate the default server, select this checkbox. When you do this, the server is used unless an application user is specifically assigned to a different server.

Test login

To make sure the user name, password, domain, and URL are correct, select Test login. If the credentials are authenticated, a confirmation message appears. Otherwise, a failure message describes the fields to check for the error.
