Assign Constituent Information in a Blackbaud Internet Solutions Transaction to a Security Group

When you download transactions from Blackbaud Internet Solutions, they download into uncommitted batches.

From a Blackbaud Internet Solutions transaction batch, you can assign the constituent information downloaded with a transaction to a security group. When you assign constituent information to a security group, only users in that group can access and manage the constituent records created with the transaction information.

To assign constituent information in a transaction to a security group, select the transaction on the batch data entry screen and select Transactions, Set up constituent security groups on the menu bar. The Set up constituent security groups screen appears.

Note: You cannot assign constituent information downloaded with a fundraiser transaction to a security group.
