Batch number |
Enter the unique batch number of the batch to find. To include all batches in the search regardless of batch number, or if you do not know the batch number, leave this field blank. |
Description |
Enter the description given to help identify the batch. To include all batches in the search regardless of description, or if you do not know the batch description, leave this field blank. |
Status |
Select the status of the batch to find. You can select “Uncommitted,” “Committed,” or “Deleted.” To include all batches in the search regardless of status, or if you do not know the batch status, leave this field blank. |
Created by |
Enter the batch owner who created the batch to find. To include all batches in the search regardless of creator, or if you do not know the batch creator, leave this field blank. |
Created on |
Enter the date on which the batch to find was created. To select the date from a calendar, select the drop-down arrow. To include all batches in the search regardless of creation date, or if you do not know the batch creation date, leave this field blank. |
Batch type |
Enter the type of records included in the batch to find. To include all batches in the search regardless of type, or if you do not know the batch type, leave this field blank. |
Include batches with EFT transmission files |
To include batches with electronic funds transfer transmission files, mark this checkbox. By default, this checkbox is not marked. |
Results |
Displays all batches that match you search criteria. To open a batch, select it in the grid and select Select. |
