Message Detail Window

When you download email messages from Microsoft Outlook into an Exchange email update batch, the Message Detail Window displays the content, constituent name, and user name for the selected message.

To hide or view the Message Detail Window, select View, Show Message Detail Window on the menu bar. You can adjust the size and position of the Message Detail Window as necessary.

• To resize the Message Detail Window, select and drag the top of the divider between it and the data entry grid.

• To separate the Message Detail Window from the batch data entry screen, right-click on the divider and select Floating. You can now move the Message Detail Window independent of the batch data entry screen.

  To secure the Message Detail Window to the batch data entry screen, right-click on the divider and select Floating again.

• To hide the Message Detail Window, select View, Show Message Detail Window on the menu bar, or right-click on the divider and select Hide.

• To hide the Message Detail Window but keep it readily available, right-click on the divider and select Auto-Hide. To view the Message Detail Window when Auto-Hide is selected, move your cursor over the Message Detail Window tab at the bottom of the batch data entry screen. The Message Detail Window appears.
