Add an Invitee to an Invitation
Invitees are the constituents to whom you send an invitation for an event. You can add a constituent as an invitee.
Tip: To add invitees, you can use a constituent selection to add multiple invitees at one time. You can also copy the invitee list from another event, such as the previous year’s instance of an annual event. For information about how to add multiple invitees at one time, refer to Add Multiple Invitees to the Invitation or Copy Invitees.

On the invitee list page of the invitation, select the Invitees tab.

Select Add and select Constituent. The Add an Invitee screen appears.

Search for and select the constituent to add as an invitee.

To return to the Invitees tab, select Save.
