Manage Invitees
From the Invitees tab of an invitee list page, you can add and manage the invitees for the invitation.
Under Invitees, the constituents added to the invitee list appear. For each invitee, you can view the date the invitation was sent, whether the invitee registered or declined, and whether to include the invitee during the next instance of the invitation process. The Excluded from last send column indicates whether an invitee was excluded from the previous instance of the invitation process, such as due to default household or exclusion options. To view constituent information about an invitee, select the name of the invitee in the grid.
To help reduce the number of invitees that appear in the grid, such as to locate an invitee, you can select the criteria of the invitees to view, such as constituent name or status. On the action bar, select the criteria of the invitees to view and select Apply.
Note: The Constituent filter returns results only for constituents in the event’s invitee list.
From the grid, you can manage the status of the invitees, such as to indicate whether an invitee declines an invitation and whether to send additional invitations to an invitee. You can also add and manage invitees.
