In AuctionMaestro Pro, you track information about your auction event. Similarly, you maintain auction event records in your Blackbaud program. When you import and export auction data between the two programs, you can associate an auction event record in your Blackbaud program with an auction database in AuctionMaestro Pro and transfer auction and participant information.
