Benefit Search

To associate a benefit with a record, such as an appeal or a revenue transaction, you can search for and select the benefit to use. On the Benefit Search screen, enter the criteria of the benefit to use, such as name and category, and select Search.

Under Results, the benefits that match the search criteria appear. Select the benefit to use and select Select.

Note: When the benefit does not appear under Results, select Add to add it to the Benefits Catalog.
