Add Attachments

You can use attachments to track additional details about records. When you attach a file, the program stores a copy in the database.

  1. Go to the Documentation tab of a record.

  2. Select Add attachment. The Add an attachment screen appears.

  3. Select an attachment type. Enter the date, title, and author. To search for the attachment, select Choose file.

  4. Select Save. You return to the Documentation tab.
