Donor Lifecycle Criteria

The program assigns lifecycle values to constituents based on their overall revenue and affinity activity with your organization. With these values, you can group constituents with similar activity levels together, such as for a communication effort. From Constituents, you can view and configure the criteria considered for lifecycle values. Under Configuration, select Donor lifecycle criteria. The Donor Lifecycle Criteria page appears.

From this page, you can manage the criteria used to assign the lifecycle values. You can also configure and manage the process used to update constituents with lifecycle values.

After you configure the lifecycle criteria, you must run the process to update your lifecycle values. For information about this process, see Update Lifecycle Values.
