Select the account or account code to use for the credit side of the GL distribution. You can select only one. To locate an account, use the Account search. You can select an account code from the drop-down menu.

When creating

Select to generate the distributions for a currency gain or loss.

Applied to

Select the types of revenue you want to include when the program generates GL distributions. You can select only commitment types that can have a balance, such as pledges or planned gifts.

With currency

Select the currencies to include when the program generates GL distributions.
