Update the Microsoft Word Template for a Letter
After you add a letter, you can update the Microsoft Word document used as its template to select a different template.
From Marketing and Communications, select Letters and documents and then View letters and documents. The View letters and documents page appears.
On the Letters tab, select the down arrows next to the letter for which to update its template.
On the action bar, select Update template. The Update template screen appears.
In the Word template field, the file name of the Word document used as the letter template appears. To select a different file, select the down arrow and select Clear file. To browse to the file to use, select the green arrow to browse to the file to use.
Select Save. You return to the Letters and Documents page.
