Research List Report
The Research list report The research list report enables prospect researchers to prepare and print research reports that include all members of a selected research list. To generate the report, from the Research Lists page, select the double arrows next to the list name and from the action bar, select Reearch list report. The report includes a detailed profile of each list member. In addition to the member’s name and contact information, the report includes primary business, birth, gender, and spouse information along with an notes associated with the prospect record. enables prospect researchers to prepare and print reports that include all members of a selected Research List.
Note: Report capacity is 500 records.

Prospect Summary: Primary business, birth, gender, and spouse information
Tip: If you've upgraded to service pack 39, gender values are based on how your organization configured the user-defined code table for gender.

Notes: Any notations, media links, or attachments included on the Documentation tab of the prospect’s constituent record
The details view of the report, accessed by clicking the View details link included on the report screen, includes additional information pulled from the prospect’s constituent record, such as constituencies and relationship data.
From the research list, in the Members section, select Research list report to generate a report.
Note: You can also generate a research list report from the Research Lists page by expanding the list you want to report on and clicking Research list report.
