Record Types

Under Record Types, you can access record types to view their scale and scope in the program. You can search for record types, view a list of record types, and filter a list of record types according to the time frame when they were added to the program.

To view a list of record types, select Record types.

On the Record types page, you can access record type definitions to view details such as the features in the program that require or return records for a record type. For example, you can select the Constituent record type and select Go to record type definition to view the features in the program that require or return records of type “Constituent.”
