Sponsorship Search Screen

Child/Project

Enter/select the name of the child or project for which you want to locate sponsorship information. Select the magnifying glass at the end of the field to access the search screen to help you locate the child or project.

Sponsor

Enter/select the name of the sponsor for which you want to locate sponsorship information. Select the magnifying glass at the end of the field to access the Sponsor Search screen to help you locate the specific sponsor.

Opportunity Location

Enter/select the name of the location for which you want to locate sponsorship information. Select the magnifying glass at the end of the field to access the Location Search screen to help you locate the specific location.

Program

Select an existing sponsorship program. You create programs in Sponsorship Programs.

Sponsorship start date/Sponsorship end date

Enter start and end dates to filter sponsorships based on date information.

Include pending

To include in the search results sponsorships designated “Pending,” select this checkbox.

Include inactive

To include inactive sponsorships in the search results, select this checkbox.

Search (button)

Once you enter criteria, to activate the search, select the button.

Clear (button)

To remove your criteria and begin a new search, select the button.

Results (grid)

The search results appear in this bottom grid. Select a record from the grid to open.

Select (button)

In the Results grid, select a record and select the button. The sponsorship page appears.
