Add a Volunteer Screen

Record

To open the Non-Volunteer Search screen and select a constituent, select the binoculars. If the volunteer is not already a constituent in your database, you can add the new constituent from the Search screen.

Name

Enter the full name of the volunteer’s emergency contact. The emergency contact is not associated with an existing constituent record.

Phone

Enter the phone number of the volunteer’s emergency contact.

Sponsor

If the volunteer is sponsored by an organization, you can search for the organization's record.
