Add a Note for a Payment in a Revenue Batch

Notes are excellent tools that provide additional insight about a contribution in a batch. Once you add a note a batch, you can select to open the note to view or update its information. When the revenue batch processing manager commits the batch to the database, a note added a contribution appears on the Documentation tab of the Payment Details of the payment record.

Note: You can add notes from the Enhanced Revenue and Revenue Update batch. From the Revenue Update batch, you can also edit notes.
