n Recurring gift payment handling configuration, when the Overpayment rule is selected with the options to first apply the excess amount to past installments with a balance and then to add a donation for any remaining excess, you will see the option to Enable recurring gift payment handling rule in batch and import. This will apply the recurring gift payment handling rule for adding a donation for any remaining excess in batch and import. You will have to validate the batch before committing, and the system will add the donation for the remaining excess on validation.
The ability to mark a Stewardship Plan as Historical is now available in Blackbaud CRM. Similar to Prospect Plans, you can remove any Stewardship Plan that is no longer relevant if you designate the plan as "Historical." This designation hides the plan from the Stewardship Plans and the Prospect > Plans tabs, but it does not delete the plan from your system.
There are two ways to mark a Stewardship Plan as Historical:
-
From a Constituent profile, select Prospect, open the Plans tab, and expand the row for a Stewardship Plan. Select Make Historical.
Or,
-
From a Stewardship Plan page, under the Tasks frame on the left side, select Make Historical.
Note: You cannot make a Stewardship Plan historical if steps associated with the plan have a status of planned or pending. Steps must either be completed, canceled, or declined.
The Info source and Info source comments fields for Phone Numbers and Email Addresses are now available to add to a constituent batch. Update your constituent batch template to include the Info source and Info source comments fields through the Customize fields options.
When a user is logged in to Blackbaud CRM using Blackbaud ID (BBID) credentials, the session will end and the user will be logged out after 90 minutes of inactivity. This will be standard for any session logged in with BBID regardless of System Administrator status, and users will no longer be able to customize the inactivity logout time using web.config.
The session length is now based on inactivity across all BBID logins for the user, including in other Blackbaud applications. The 90-minute session length is the standard duration for BBID, and any changes to the BBID session length in the future will apply to all Blackbaud applications using BBID.
