Add an authorized signature

  1. From the Bank Account page, select the Authorized Signatures tab. The Authorized Signatures tab appears.

  2. Select Add. The Add an authorized signature screen appears.

  3. To accept auto-signatures as valid authorization for a document, select Allow auto-signatures.

  4. When you select Allow auto-signatures, the Signature name field is required. Select the binoculars to search for and select an auto-signature name.

    Warning: The auto-signature you select must be associated with a signature application, such as Payables checks.

  5. To accept only manual signatures as valid authorization for a document, select Allow manual signatures only.

  6. When you select Allow manual signatures only, the Name field is required. In the Name field, enter the name associated with a manual signature.

  7. In the Notes field, enter rules specific to the use of the signature, such as dollar limits.

  8. Select Save to save the new authorized signature.
