Add subcategories to an interaction category

  1. From Marketing and Communications, select Interaction categories and subcategories under Configuration. The Interaction Categories and Subcategories page appears.

  2. Select the interaction category's name to access its subcategories page.

  3. Select Add. The Add a subcategory screen appears.

  4. Enter a unique name to help identify the subcategory.

  5. Select Save. You return to the subcategories page.
