Delete a social media service

If a social media or social networking service closes and no constituent records have accounts with the service, you may want to delete the service. You can not delete services configured byBlackbaud.

1. From Constituents, select Social media services under Configuration. The Social Media Services page appears.

2. Select the service to delete and select Delete. A message appears to ask whether to delete the service.

3. Select Yes. You return to the Social Media Services page.
