Edit a letter

From Marketing and Communications, select Letters and documents and then View letters and documents. The View letters and documents page appears.

On the Letters tab on the View letters and documents page, select the down arrows next to letter to edit and select Edit on the action bar. The Edit letter screen appears.

Make changes as necessary.

To edit the Word merge document, in the Word template field, select the linked letter name. Microsoft Word opens so you can edit the document. Save the updated document to your workstation and close Word. You return to the Edit letter screen.

Select Clear to remove the existing document. Then upload the updated version saved to your workstation.
Warning: If you make changes to the Word document and then fail to upload the updated file, the letter will not include your changes.

Select Save. You return to the Letters page.
