Search for a public media segment

1. From Marketing and Communications, select Public media segments. The Public media segments page appears.

2. Select Search for public media. The Public Media Search screen appears.

3. Enter the search criteria to use, such as name and type, to find the public media segment. To return only public media segments that match the search criteria exactly as entered, select Match all criteria exactly.

4. Select Search. The program searches the database for public media segments that match the search criteria. Under Results, the public media segments that match the criteria appear. Depending on the search criteria you enter, the search may return one public media segment or many.

5. In the grid, select the public media segment to view and select Select on the action bar. The record for the public media segment appears. For information about the items on this record, see Segment Record.
