Search for a segment group

1. On the Segment Group Search screen, enter the Name of the segment group you are searching for. You can enter a partial name or individual letter in these fields. Also, the search process is not case-sensitive, so you can enter rfm, Rfm, and RFM and get the same results.

   You can leave the fields blank and search all your segments, but if the program locates over 100 records, only the first 100 will appear in the Results grid.

2. You can choose to Match all criteria exactly if you are sure the criteria you entered is an exact match.

3. Select Search. The program searches your database and displays any segment groups meeting your search criteria. Depending on how limited or detailed your criteria are, the program may find one record or many records.

4. In the Results grid, select the segment group you want to access.

5. Select Select. The selected segment group appears in the report or other function for which you are accessing it.
