Start a multiple batch commit process

1. On the Commit Multiple Batches page, select the multiple batch commit process to run in the Multiple batch commit processes grid.

2. Select Start process. The Run multiple batch commit process screen appears.

   Note: You can also start a multiple batch commit process from its parameters page. From the menu bar, select Tasks, Start process. From the explorer bar, select Start process under Tasks. The Run multiple batch commit process screen appears. For information about the parameters page, see Tabs of a process status page.

3. Under Commit criteria and Commit options, view which batches are included in the process and how the committal of those batches is to be handled. You select these options when you add the process to the database. Update this information as necessary.

4. Select Start. The program runs the process. When the process is complete, its parameters page appears.
