The client advocacy desk further supports Customer Success and assists with general questions relating to site navigation. The client services desk is the first point of contact for your employees and can be reached via live chat, email, and phone. (USA)
Our Customer Advocates are available through all mediums, 7:00 AM CT - 7:00 PM CT.
For issues with accessing your site, submit a case through Case Central.
