Student Record in Faculty Access for the Web

In Faculty Access for the Web, anytime you see a student's name as a link, you can click the link to open the student record. For example, in gradebook or attendance grids and on your alert pages, click the student's name to open the record and view more information.

What you can view on the student record depends on your role or roles and your security rights set in Registrar's Office by your administrator.

As a teacher, you can view the student’s biographical, class schedule information, and NetClassroom view. You can also add, edit, and delete conduct and note information.
As an advisor, you can view the advisee's biographical, class schedule, NetClassroom view, activities, and progress information. You can also add, edit, and delete conduct and note information. With the optional module Graduation Requirement Management, you can also review progress on diploma requirements.
As an administrator, you can view biographical, schedule, activities, and progress information for all students. You can also add, edit, and delete conduct and note information. With the optional module Graduation Requirement Management, you can also review progress on diploma requirements.
