From the Home page, navigation bar, or left pane, if you or your supervisor sets up an alert for advisees with infractions, when a student has an infraction added, you receive an alert. You can set up the alert to inform you of infractions that occur today, the past week, or the past month. When you click on the alert, the Advisees with infractions page appears.
On this page, in the advisees infraction grid, click the student's name to review the infraction information, a summary of behavior for the academic year, infraction notes, and student contact information appears. To view the student's record, click the student's name in the contact information frame. Depending on how your administrator sets up alerts, you can contact the student, student's relations,
Tip: Student images appear in the seating chart, student record, and alerts if you upload images to the student record in Registrar’s Office. You cannot upload student images directly to Faculty Access for the Web.
