My Classes Settings

When you work in Faculty Access for the Web, the program uses the academic year and session you select on the Home page to determine what classes and students to enable. From the Home page, in the My Classes grid, click Settings. The Edit my classes settings screen appears.

Select the academic year and session in which you want to work. For example, you can select to enter grades for the current academic year, or you can select the upcoming academic year to prepare for the next school year. When you click OK, you return to the Home page and the program updates what information is available based on your selections.
