On the Bio tab of a student record, you can view the student's biographical, address, and contact information. If available, you can also view the student's relation information.

| • | Advisors view biographical information for advisees. |
| • | Administrators view biographical information for all students. |
Warning: If you do not see information on a student's record you know to be there, contact your administrator to see if your security rights restrict you from viewing student information.
Under Relation information, if email addresses show for the student's relation, to send the relation an email, click the link to open your computer's default email client. The email address defaults into the To field.
