Edit report fonts in Mozilla Firefox

Reports in Faculty Access for the Web are designed for the Times New Roman font in a medium text size. If you change the font settings, you may affect how grades appear on your reports. If grades do not appear correctly, you may need to verify how the fonts are set up in your web browser.

1. From the menu bar in Mozilla Firefox, select Tools, Options. The Options screen appears.
2. Select the Content tab.
3. Under Fonts & Colors, click Advanced. The Fonts screen appears.

4. In the Fonts for field, select “Western.”
5. In the Proportional field, select “Serif.”
6. In the Size field, we recommend you select "12" or "14."
7. In the Serif field, select “Times New Roman.”
8. In the Sans-serif field, select "Arial."
9. In the Monospace field, select “Courier New.”
10. Click OK to close the Fonts screen.
11. Click OK to close the Options screen.
12. From the Firefox menu bar, select View, Zoom, Reset.
13. To preview your changes, from the menu bar, select File, Print Preview.
