Upload User Files in Bulk
Before a platform manager can upload files in bulk, the you must first create folders and file names to organize the files.
You'll also need a comma separate value (CSV) file that indicates which users should be associated with each of the various files for the file names in that structure.

Under "Step 1: Create a sample file (optional)," select Create sample file.

Your computer downloads a sample CSV file.

Use a spreadsheet application (such as Microsoft Excel) to open the sample.

Each row in the CSV file must contain a unique ID and a unique filename.
To export a list of user IDs to use in your CSV file, consider using a user list.
