Insert Images & Files
There are two ways to add images and downloadable files to Pushpage (Newsletter) issues:

Upload new content directly to a region. This is useful if you want to add content that is unique to the issue and the content does not need to appear anywhere else on your website.

Add existing content from content categories (from Page manager or Groups).
Upload new images or downloadable files directly to a region:

Select Core .

Select Communication.
-
Select Pushpage.

Select Pushpage issues.

Next, select Edit for the appropriate issue.

Then select, Edit for the appropriate region.

Use the Insert dropdown to Select image or file.

From here, select Basic upload or Bulk upload.

Select the images or files and then select Upload.

Select the content items you would like to add to the issue.

Select Insert selected files/images.

For files, edit the name of the file as necessary.

For images, select the image to change the size or location.

Select Apply changesto retain the information you entered.

When finished, select Save.
Tip: Files that are uploaded directly to an issue are not secure. If you need to set the security of a file, you must first upload it to a secure content category, role, or group and add it as existing content. Users must then be logged in, and have access to the file, in order to view it.
